What are your hours?
Cowork Skagit is open Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm, giving you flexibility to work when you're most productive.
Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
Yes, we require a 6-month minimum commitment for all memberships. This helps create a stable, collaborative community and allows our members to fully experience the benefits of coworking. During these first six months, you'll have time to establish routines, build relationships with fellow members, and truly settle into our space. After the initial 6-month period, your membership continues month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to adjust or cancel with 30 days' notice.
Is it possible to use the space outside of the standard business hours?
Usage outside normal business hours may be granted on a case by case basis.
What if I need more access to the conference room than 1 hour per month?
Additional conference room time can be secured for an additional fee, depending on availability.
What's included in my membership?
Every membership includes private high-speed internet, print services (100 B&W or 50 color monthly), conference room time, phone booth access, free beverages, and quarterly networking events.
How do membership payments work?
We process all membership payments through Stripe. You can choose to pay via credit card or ACH transfer. Autopay is required. This convenient system ensures uninterrupted access to the space and eliminates the hassle of manual monthly payments.

Is there parking available?
There is plenty of free parking available nearby, and limited reserved parking on-site. You may choose to reserve an on-site parking spot for $50/month, depending on availability.
